1(a): All teams to play in this league must have played in the Western Regional League 2022/2023 season, and those relegated from Big League, also dismissed from 1st Division league 2022/23 Season
(b): The club that changed ownership/Name in accordance with the FUFA regulations of Club ownership

Playgrounds
2: Teams must have levelled playgrounds for their home matches. Marked and slashed.
